HDMI is the video/audio input cable you need to experience HD. There's another cable, but I don't know enough about it. There should be really cheap ones on the internet, and mid to high priced ones at your local Best Buy and other electronics retailer.
I think you can use any Bluetooth headset for the PS3, but you could also buy some cheap headsets that plug into the USB.
