This is rather difficult...

1. Final Fantasy IV (Wonderful setting, character development, music, coherence and profound story progression made this my most memorable gaming experience)

2. Final Fantasy VI (Much like like FFIV, it excelled in many of the same strengths. The themes just rung a bit further from the heart for me)

3. Super Mario Bros. 3 (I still haven't found a platformer that I find more fun than this game... and I love platformers)

4. StarCraft (This game features the most fun gameplaying experience I've ever had. That, along with incredible balance and a fiercely competitive online community make this one of my favourites)

5. Disgaea: Hour of Darkness (Refuses to take itself seriously. Filled with quirky humour, Disgaea had me giggling throughout the 40 or so hours required to finish. To compliment its hilarious dialogue, there is plenty of extras, as well as tried and true SRPG gameplay... of which I'm a sucker for)

6. The Secret of Monkey Island (Much like Disgaea, this game refuses to take itself seriously. With some of the best dialogue I've ever witnessed in a videogame, this makes for my favourite in the adventure genre)

7. Secret of Mana (Awesome gameplay, music, world, and upgrading system. But what made it really special was its multiplayer)

8. Final Fantasy Tactics (My first foray into SRPGs and what a way to start, it has since become my favourite genre. The gameplay, job system, characters, music, art direction, everything... just flawless)

9. World of Warcraft (While I enjoyed the lore and played some of the content, it was the addictiveness of the PVP battlegrounds that got me hooked. So simple, strategic, (sometimes) balanced made for a great experience. Both the music and sound were amazing, too)

10. Shadow of the Colossus (Because I only played this one fairly recently, I haven't as much time playing or reflecting with this one as much as I had the others... that being said, this could easily crack the top 5. I can't think of anything I did not absolutely love about this game)
