Microsoft could always release a controller accessory or fake prop such as a gun with a few buttons that natal can pick up, I'm willing to bet it would only cost around $20/£10 considering the expensive technology is already in natal.
On the rail FPS's like Time Crisis and the new Resident Evil coming out for the Wii would work fine with Natal. You could lean to dodge and form a gun shape with your hand and fire the imaginary trigger with your finger etc. Arthritis comes included.
