This reminds me of a possible outcome of sept 2002 scenario...where all ps2, GC and Xbox reduced the price and ps2 gets 10mn userbase added to it in just four months!!

yeah but the 360 is not an Xbox 1, the Wii is not a Gamecube, and the PS3 is not a PS2. I see what you are trying to do here but the scenario is a bit different this time around. Wii is the top selling and the price cuts the competition is making doesn't seem to affect Wii sales. Its like i've said before, The Wii has been around around for nearly 3 years and hasn't seen one price cut. Now think about that.
