That video is bias as hell, no where in his speech did he say there would be no trail he just said that some people get away with crime because of tainted evidence. It sound like to me once a POW or terrorist is captured they they go to jail and stay in jail, it's more of a extension of how much time a person can get for committing a crime. Also yes we can put people in jail for a crime they haven't committed,,attempted murder is a perfect example. That person tried to kill someone but haven't but they still get sent to jail. I also noticed they obviously cut up the video so we only hear what they want us too.
As for keeping terrorist in jail...hell yeah, I'm with Obama on that one....that's the point of jail: when someone dose something wrong, you put them in jail to stop them from doing it again.
The PS3, it only dose EVERYTHING....Except play good games :P
