Why do people compare Forza 3 to GT5 graphics?

How long ago was that announced...oh yeah..... 2004...when the psp was introduced....

well, they still developed 2 games in 5 years. And PD said that they could launch GT5 right now if they want to which means that they didnt have to launch GT5 in 2009/10, but they wanted to be sure that the game delivers

just like 3D Realms.
