The only reason the Xbox has outsold the ps3 is the fact that many owners buy a new 360 when the first one breaks down instead of dealing with the crappy MS customer servcie. If 50% of ps3 owners had to buy their console twice due to breakdown, we would be par wven though PS3 came out a year later..
