I know all those who wish Sony/PS3 ill think (hope?) "It only does everything" will get them in advertising hot water. But in fact, because the ad goes on to list what PS3 does the ad doesn't technically breach any advertising standards. So I don't think there will be any lawsuits.

If someone wanted to pick out the phrase and then beat Sony with it by pointing out that it doesn't do everything (even if you confine "everything" to things you could reasonably expect from a console, esp by pointing out the lack of PS2 b/c in the Slim) then it could backfire on Sony. Though it could also backfire on the person trying to embarrass Sony too, by making them look rather petty, mean spirited and small minded.

It's always a risky game trying to use someone's propaganda against them. I know, I've tried. Sometimes worked brilliantly, sometimes failed badly.
