| waron said: still look like QTEfest to me, good looking(not the best looking game aside of characters). interaction - you have to walk to certain objects and people to trigger some interactions by QTEs and all fights are in QTEs you have minimal exploration option - if you will be able to go out of everyplace without doing anything then i can admit that there is exploration cause irght now it looks like escape-the-room game. about puzzles - there's still no puzzles to me. you play where is waldo for 6year olds basically in that garage and it's irrelevant to game cause you can either walk ther and look for QTEs to trigger or fuck it and go straight to the fat guy in junkyard. good adventure game with action elements simillar to Heavy Rain - first Tomb Raider game. to me Heavy Rain is still interactive movie where gameplay is not the main aspect of a game, but the story and i got tired of those games long time ago after Black Dahlia. to me it really have to have gameplay mechanics important and be entertaining at it to be worth spending more than 20$. so yeah i probably will get HR when i will buy ps3(cause well i'm getting it for exclusive games and region free games), but i won't be getting it for more than 20$ - it's not worth more to me. |
Did you just called Tomb Raider an adventure game? - Your game collection speaks the story of a veteran but your words here betray you.
DO YOU KNOW WHAT AN ADVENTURE GAME IS?
Okr was even kind enough to point out to me that you do indeed own adventure games in your collection (even Monkey Island) and should therefore know full well what an adventure game is. Well if your idea of an adventure game is Tomb Raider... it just goes to show that one should never underestimate the 'stupid' within.
To repeat what I said in an earlier post:
Its like he never played an adventure game in his life (which he probably hasn't) and thought games like banjo & kazooie are adventure games because of the genre name being a misnomer. So off he went to google about adventure game, saw the first friggin sentence in an article on wiki which validated his incorrect conclusion (because hey! There's a world to explore and puzzle to solve in banjo & kazooie!) and suddenly he is Einstein on the theory of relativity with his smartass 'fixit' quote. Fuck the people who actually play games from the genre! They don't know shit!
