Well from what I have experienced first hand Lost Planet 2 currently has the best graphics out of any publicly available Xbox 360 game/demo.
Alan Wake has competition.
I would go as far as saying Lost Planet 2 looks just as good as Killzone 2 if not better. The textures are high resolution (even in the background, go over to the airplane wreckage and look at the chasis) animation is nice (except turning on the spot), particle effects look amazing, models are great, lighting looks superb, good draw distances and physics (Look at all the grass in the boss arena swaying about) and I almost forgot too mention no frame drops.
Uncharted 2 will have a high chance to top it.
