The game ran smoothly, I didn't notice any important framedrops. In other words, Capcom perfected their engine since Lost Planet. I am currently satisfied about the package (music, menus, graphics, etc.). I didn't find the option to change your crosshair to move with the camera though.

I didn't play online, just single player, and the AI didn't spawn back for some reason. I don't know if I was doing something wrong...

Yeah, I played wit a buddy and AI was gone in 2 mins and didn't respawn.

I don't think this is the Lost Planet 1 engine. I believe the producer said its using RE5 engine...which may be an evolved version of lost planet 1 engine.

Visuals are great. Who would have thought that capcom would be such a visual powerhouse this gen?

Lost Planet: MT Framework

Resident Evil 5: MT Framework 1.5

Lost Planet 2: MT Framework 2.0

Lost Planet 2 is simply beautiful (In its own art style) at 1080p. I CANNOT wait to kick some Akrid and Pirate ass in the lush rainforests.

Also the A.I Pirates are just there to be Akrid Chomp. Remember you are a Pirate in Lost Planet 2 and those A.I are more then likely members of your faction. The boss fight is during the campaign.
