It's just another tool in the fanboy arsenal.
RRoD, disc swapping, high price, monthly fees, mandatory installs, no games, crappy ports, ect, they all mean the same thing: nothing.

And I obviously would rather not switch discs rather than switch discs, but I also do not care if I have to switch a disc once or twice during my entire playthrough of the game. It's just not a big deal.
