Are collector's editions tracked as sales for the actual game? Because if so, I think they should just include GoW1&2 on the collector's edition. That'd boost sales a ton, IMO.
Also, if GoW1&2 released on a BD with the GoW3 demo, would those sales be seperate from GoW1&2 sales, or what?
