Steam has it. XFire has it. Then there's Ventrillo. As far as consoles go, yeah, I suppose the 360 is the"only" one.
But yeah, it's a pain coordinating with a friend in Demon's Souls. They didn't include voice chat as a means to keep the feeling of seclusion even when playing coop online, so you have to constantly bring up the XMB and type stuff out when trying to meet up with friends.
