Would you buy a PC with a 7 series Nvidia GPU for .....$299

Does it include Blu-Ray?  Does it include controls/peripherals that makes it comfortable to play in the living room?  More or less that 2 TFLOPs?  Or is it over 1 but less than 2, so we can evaluate it vs. the 360, too.
