I once sat in on an interview where we asked a girl about a time where she faced a challenge at work and she ended up "performing" a dialogue between her and two co-workers including funny voices ...
Needless to say, she wasn't the worst interview for that position that I saw; and I was glad when my boss returned from vacation so I didn't have to be the "technical guy" for any more interviews.
