RROD - Bottom 2 lights - What does that mean?

I didn't know that!  I just tried on my 360, and when it's laying down I get the bottom 2 lights flashing, when it's standing up, I get 3 lights!

I think Haxxiy was right, one of the lights is burned out or broken, I should've been seeing 3 red lights.  This makes a lot more sense now.

 

Also, I guess the faqs don't assume it's flat or upright, it shouldn't matter.
