RROD - Bottom 2 lights - What does that mean?

It's weird that your lights actually don't change depending on why way the console is sitting.

I know that if you have a 360 running with a controller hooked up (wireless or wired) and change the way the console is sitting the lights will move to the correct position according to how you have it sitting.
