Yep, it's actually broken, I tried disconn./reconn. too but no help. It turns out that it's not the bottom 2 lights, it's the left 2, so overheated. It's been like this for a while and the error comes up right away, I don't get any picture on my screen.
I'm going to call MS to see if they'll fix it, if not, I'll try it myself, I'm decent with electronics, fixed my PS2 and modded my original xbox, so if it's something that can be done myself I'll take a crack at it before buying a new one.
