You could always, you know call Microsoft tech support?

It's really not that kind of problem (yet).  The first step is just figuring out what two flashing red lights mean and instead of making a thread, waiting for an answer and wading through the sarcastic responses, it would be much quicker to put on the big boy pants and search Google (or bing :-p) or Xbox.com.

I really have no idea what two red lights means, it could be as simple as something is plugged in funny (4 red lights) or as bad as three red lights (RRoD), and if it's something that's actually bad, then he call MS tech support and sit there on hold and find out what to do.

Without being the sarcastic, why would you trust anything you read on the internet when the (correct) answers you are looking for are only a phone call away.

I setup call centers for a living, and know that 9 times out of 10 the person you're talking to on the phone is reading from a script, if you're not asking a basic question, you are usually transferred, or you fill out a ticket and wait for an engineer to look at it.

RROD is a pretty common problem, so I thought it would be easy to find out what my error code means on the internet, when I didn't find my answer (technically I did, but I didn't know it), I thought I'd ask here.

If it was something like a question about my insurance policy, I would've called first.
