You could always, you know call Microsoft tech support?

It's really not that kind of problem (yet).  The first step is just figuring out what two flashing red lights mean and instead of making a thread, waiting for an answer and wading through the sarcastic responses, it would be much quicker to put on the big boy pants and search Google (or bing :-p) or Xbox.com.

I really have no idea what two red lights means, it could be as simple as something is plugged in funny (4 red lights) or as bad as three red lights (RRoD), and if it's something that's actually bad, then he call MS tech support and sit there on hold and find out what to do.

Without being the sarcastic, why would you trust anything you read on the internet when the (correct) answers you are looking for are only a phone call away.

Google should lead you to actual responses or Xbox.com.  This isn't some really technical problem, it's a pretty simple one so I'd imagine it wouldn't be that difficult to find.

The only reason I wouldn't advise calling support right away is because going to someplace like Xbox.com is *much* quicker and is only worth it if it's a problem that actually requires you to call support.
