Well besides the games that I've bought several times across different platforms and whatnot like FFVI there are many games that I have two copies of because one was for me and one was for my brother or sister. We have like two Super Puzzle Fighter, two mario kart 64, two Ocarina of Time, two Animal Crossing ds, and many others.
In addition I have a couple games that I bought for just myself that I have multiple versions of
StarCraft - had the original....then bought the game + expansion battle chest...then when recently tried to get back into it and play it again found it to be incompatible with xp so went out and bought another battle chest
FFXI - Treasures of Aht Urhgan, bought the stand alone for ps2 when it came out but then had issues with getting my ps2 to read it so never installed it til much later, at which point I couldn't find it so I went out and bought another copy...I later found the original copy too -_-.. I've also bought the collection for PC that includes it and will probably get around to buying it for the 360
