It's not that hard to figure out that if someone buys a 360 Arcade unit and if they wanted to try to make it on equal ground as the new Slim PS3 they would spend almost as much as the original 60 gig PS3's price and you still don't have a superior system. In fact all 360 models reach the hieghts of the original 60 gig price. Of coarse consumers aren't forced to optimize their Arcade unit, but if they did they would spend almost double the price of the PS3 Slim. |
Of course you do. The a PS3 bought now costs $299 and the Xbox 360 costs over $1000. 6 * $50 (live) + $150 (replacement) + $100 Wireless +$300 console. So its obvious that the Xbox 360 is totally superior in almost every way because it costs so much more than the PS3 and yet it sells more. Honestly, Sony is going to have to find a way to improve value instead of cutting the price all the time.
Tease.
