No, just composite.
You can find HDMI cables very cheaply online. I also picked up component cables that can plug into the Xbox, Xbox 360, and PS3 (which also works with PS1 and PS2) for $15 back in 2007.

It seems odd that the PS3, the console thats supposed to be so powerful and look so good, only comes with composite cables.
Is component better than HDMI?
HDMI > Component > Composite
Doesn't the slim come with HDMI?
The ability to use HDMI and component cables, yes. However, it only comes with composite cables.

Oh, that's what he meant. But on the other hand, Xbox fanboys (not refferign to anyone here of course) were constantly chirping that not enough people had HD tvs in the first place... so seems kinda pointless to provide HDMI cables to people who don't have an HD TV...
They also talked about how the 360 had them included and now there's the news that the Elite will no longer include HDMI and you'll have to go buy it seperatly.
In any case, you can probably make good money on uninformed people with that though. While you might be smart enough to know that you can get an HDMI cable for under $10 online and that there isn't a difference in quality between a cheap or expensive cable (minus poor build quality of course), an uninformed person could spend $50-60 on an official PS3/Xbox 360 cable or $100+ at an electronic store (Monster brand for example).

Capitalism suffers from uninformed consumers >.< If there aren't informed consumers who wisely spend their money, the best companies won't rightfully get rewarded and thrive, and end up dying.
