Exaggeration isn't the word for today. Oh and I don't only mean Sony side. There are those from Nintendo, and Microsoft playing it the other way. This thread is just over the top though. PSP is definitely doing great, and I'm glad that Sony finally realized that they need to support it. It definitely won't match either the PS1 or PS2 though. As for the PS3, that is just outrageous. To claim that it is official that it is on top is something very far out there. Even if there was a chance that it will overcome the Wii worldwide, we don't know much of what will happen now. Also not only will it have to overcome the Wii, but it will have to catch up. Now I'm only talking the Wii here. To say it will be anywhere near the PS1 or PS2 is something that I can't even describe. I agree with your statement about Sony having to watch it's losses though. I just hope the PSP can hold the up with any losses the PS3 makes.
