they handed him chash to shutup about switching to HD-DVD. They tried to do the same with Speilburg luckily Speilburg refused.

Er... I don't remember Spielburg ever saying anything about HD DVD. Considering he is co-owner of Dreamworks and helped make the decision for them to go HD DVD exclusive it would be kind of odd for him to criticize it. Of course, once again I reiterate that neither format is even close to relevant in the movie market.
