HD DVD has Transformers and the Bourne Trilogy. Blu-Ray has the Spiderman trilogy, the Pirates of the Carribean trilogy, the Die Hard trilogy, and the new Bond movies. I don't think Blu-Ray has much to worry about.

There's a lot more exclusives than that on both sides. I don't keep track of Blu-Ray, but off the top of my head, I know the Matrix movies, the Batman movies, the Terminator movies, Jurassic Park, and the Shrek movies will all be HD-DVD exclusive.

I don't think any movies should be exclusive, personally. I think the film distributors picking one over the other is a lot more about 'office politics' than any actual preference for a particular format. And honestly, I don't believe either HD-DVD or Blu-Ray is going to flourish before we see something else. Both are the minidiscs of the new generation.
