That depends on whether or not you count the PS2, probably.

But, no, BD is not being adopted as quickly as DVD.  That much is clear.  And in china, it looks like BD is losing to their high def format.

Part of the issue is that BD movies are too expensive.   Most people have tons of HD these days (except cable customers -- they don't have nearly as much HD as satellite customers).  Part of the issue is that DVD is still very good, even with a high def set and a good surround system, a lot of DVDs hold up against BDs extremely well.  Not everyone is wiling to pay the premium to get better picture.
