PSP 3000, R&C or Hannah Montana bundle.
You can wait for a new harddrive, just delete old demos. Plus PSP will be something for you to do when your on a road trip, or anywhere else away from home. Plus a bunch of games for PS3 will let you get extra stuff if you hook up a PSP version of the game, Like GT5 and GT PSP
