The funny thing is, you posted this and then went over to the Mass Effect 2 graphics thread and joined in a graphics war, comparing Uncharted 2 bullshots to Mass Effect 2 bullshots.

Rule of thumb: if it's a screenshot being released by the developer/publisher/press, then it's almost certainly a bullshot.

To use the U2 versus ME2 bullshot war as an example, the Mass Effect 2 pic you showed was very obviously a bullshot (or else was from the PC version), because there was no aliasing on the character model at all, whereas - from looking at Mass Effect 1 - we know that in reality there'll be loads.

Doesn't look like any of the press-released screenshots we've seen of Mass Effect, does it? That's because it's direct feed, and not a bullshot, and as such the aliasing isn't hidden. The texture quality also takes a hit, as you can see.
