The game is about a earthquake that happens in one major city ( Chicago?) and during the earthquake (which is rumored to be man made) it completely cuts them off from the outside world and damages the clean water supply plus its in the summer. So with little water, extreme heat, you ( a young business man) must help and sometimes kill others to stay alive.

They say its a survival horror.
