yes it does when there was 100$ price difference sony was outselling 360 after the price cut of the 40gb.

sales ps3 maintained it lead until 360 second price cut in europe in 2008 and being cheaper than the wii and the PSP bundles.

and now selling only abit higher and even with the ps3 stock disappearing. with only 15k difference for most of the year.

any sell ps3 steals its one less for the 360. in markets like japan and europe are very important because they still up for the grabs.

And once 360 is $149 in 2010...??

 

360 will always be cheaper, it's why it has 2nd place locked in. Therefore no hindering
