All Psn games can be played with PS3?

PSN have games for the PS3 aswell as the PSP. But if you dont have a PSP you cant download a PSP game and play it on your PS3.

But if you do have a PSP, you can download it for your PSP, connect it to your PS3 and play it on your TV.
