Don't remember the brand. But a 286, running a version of DOS. A true 'desktop' (Not a tower, the monitor sat on the computer) Let's see ... oh, and it had this weird option to either let it run at like 2 megs of RAM, or 4 if I wanted to run that option. I went for 4. For I was a speed demon like that. Over the years I added a CD-ROM drive (In all it's 2x glory) and a 14.4 Modem, so I could go on the 'internet' with Prodigy (More like message boards) and I forget the HDD space, but with specs like these, you know it wasn't much.

That was the computer first bought for me as a gift. The first one I ever bought on my own was a Packard Bell, with like 16 megs of RAM and 2 Gigs of HDD space. 28.8k modem I believe. I thought that was a beast of a machine. I guess it was at the time.
