Maybe; I'm sure everyone on here has seen crazier things being posted at LEAST once.
And actually, VGA card manufacturers use the "HD gaming" marketing angle to sell their hardware as well. The reality is, without discrete video, 3D gaming on PC is a bit of a bust with modern games at just about any resolution.
