‘Toshiba has no comment to make on this matter. The Xbox 360 is not a Toshiba product.’
How can anyone interpret this this mean 'no'? They just said "no Comment" which is exact what you would expect them to say whatever the truth is 
Even if they said "no" it wouldn't actually mean anything, look how sony said one thing and did another eg. Rumble.
