Well, I am getting it because at the moment I only have a Wii. If I could choose, it would be a toss up between the Wii and Xbox360 since I don't like the connector for PS3. The Wii guitar has rumble which could be cool, and also a speaker per guitar so you know who plays the wrong note in co-op. The 360 has DLC though. the PS3 version though is not interesting in my opinion.
edit : Also it seems the Wii will get DLC later on, it is just not available now. Personally I wouldn't pay extra for a few additional songs.
