So much for a stupid list.
Also, the only way you can play with music is with real instruments or if you sing well, games have to much limitations and are just simulators of the real thing, to pretend a game is gonna offer the same feeling is lying.
Over the games Ive played that have music as their main feature(Im not gonna get into the rithym vs music game argument since I find it very stupid) rockband is the best one for me, rithym is important for the instruments, letting you do some improvisation in drum fillings and guitar endings too. The singing part is the most musical for me, you have to stick to the notes though, it could be said that this is a restriction but it makes people that sing badly to stay away cause those people shouldnt be allowed to be singing.
The last paragraph isnt very important in the context of the thread, but I like talking about rockband :P
