This list is pretty bad. They mention guys like Jay Allard, who managed to "successfully" build the Xbox brand by running MS $6 billion in the red, but ignore Gunpei Yokoi? And why are devs like Ted Price on there? Insomniac makes some great games, but they are hardly revolutionary. And as much as I love music, Uematsu is just a composer. Koji Kondo is better and more memorable, too. Then there's Sakaguchi, who only directed Final Fantasy up to the fifth installment.
Edit: WTF. Insomniac didn't make Jak & Daxter. It's like they're combining Insomniac and Naughty Dog or something.
