only once because xbox 360's disc scratching problem almost never happens, and I don't know a single person that has ever had a disc scratched in their system, and I have over 80 people on my xbox live friends list. I also work at best buy and also never hear people that I talk to there complain about it. Only place I ever hear about it is on internet forums from people who more than likely have never even been in the same room as an xbox 360.
