Oh i know its very difficult, and I think Microsoft has done everything reasonable possible (short of out-right paying for FFXIII exclusivity) in Japan this generation. Its just like you said in your post. Microsoft is dirt when it comes to gaming in Japan, primarily due to the joke that was the original Xbox's Japanese line-up
