What real fans are you talking about? Real Madden fans already know that the game will be out for all consoles, and chances are that real NFL fans also already know about Madden even if they've never played it since it's been around for so long.
I honestly don't think that any of these advertisements that only show one console will have much effect. The actual game footage stands out in peoples' minds much more than the list of consoles at the bottom of the screen at the end. When they get to the store they'll remember the game, see that it is available for all consoles, then pick the version they want.
