ok, I'm going to let this thread die.
I've presented my point and the few of us still discussing are at point where neither of us are going to concede.
Good luck to you all and I hope that your name isn't in the news someday for piracy, since regardless of whether or not you agree that piracy is theft, it is illegal and since some % of pirates would buy the actual item there is a real loss to those who created it which does have direct affect on prices due to rising costs to combat piracy.
