That is so full of win.
More on topic... As much as I hate Microsoft, this is retarded. 99% of the time these patent lawsuits come from random people trying to get a piece of the pie, like with Wii's motion controls and Apple's iPod. Philosophically, this is why open source software exists. There's just much less patent brain fucks to deal with.
