I think most consumers feel that way and it is why I am predicting PhysX to be bought out and their technology to be implemented into another aspect of PCs. I am currently leaning that it will be implemented into the CPU architecture though as it has so many advantages over the implementing it into the GPU architecture...
But more than that I think we are about to see a push for rolling the GPU architecture into the CPU architecture for the same reasons.
