Here are my most wanted stuff:-
1) PS2 B/C (it'll happen for the PS4, weather or not it will make it to the PS3 is another question)
2) Move the battery indicator in the in-game XMB.
3) Auto trophy syncing.
4) Cross game voice chat.
5) HDD defragmenter. (all HDD become fragmented so give me a tool to optimise things)
6) Calender. (each day has certain stats like what games you've played, for how long, what trophies you've gotten, and a total of everything, as well as being able to put reminders and such)
7) HDD installs for all games. (optical drives are the weakest part of a console, so the less I use it the longer the life of my PS3, plus it'll speed up load times for allot of games)
8) update xvid/divx support as well as added support for other codec's and their containers.
9) make multiple folder levels visible automatically with in each respective category. (you can see all folders by selecting that option but it's not automatic)
10) allow COPY/PASTE//RENAME functions for a multiple level folders//files in external HDD. (it would make life easier to arrange data on my HDD with out the need for a computer)

11) Allow the PS3 to see NTFS formated external HDD as if they were FAT32 (trying to format 500GB HDD from NTFS to FAT32 is problematic)

12) PSP emulator for the PS3 (all PSP games bought from PSN should be playable on PS3, if you hook your PSP to the PS3 the games would be seen by the PS3 and become playable after the initial ISO dump to the PS3 hard drive, the PSP would need to remain connected to the PS3 at all times while playing PSP games on PS3 as well as the actuall UMD remaining inside the PSP, the added benifit will be that any progress made in the game will automatically be saved on the PSP so that you can continue the same game on the go)
