I honestly can't believe that another one of these posts is showing up again.

We have MHZ, XDR, DDR, different architectures, different designs, theoretical limits, GFLOPS, etc. Ok, all that stuff is great, but its very hard to directly relate those specs to how incredible a game can be. Honestly, who really cares how powerful something is on paper? A system is only as powerful as the best piece of software that can really showcase what the system's capabilities.

Also keep in mind that a system is only as powerful as it's weakest link. What if you had a system that had 3 Cell processors and Quad GTX 295 Videocards, but it only includes 64MB of total system RAM? I'm sure I could get some crazy theoretical numbers on paper, but real life performance would definitely be disappointing.
