Lol definitely not! Halo 3 had one small bundle in Europe for a little bit, and its been bundled with the Elite consoles since a couple of months ago.
If you took out bundles Halo 3 probably would be sitting at about 9.5 million instead of 9.9 million.

The Halo 3 console didn't come with Halo 3 to put it in perspective. Im pretty sure for all of 2007 there were no real bundles (officially) and that accounts for 75% of the overall sales.
