Good ways to get more friends:

1. Add every girl you see. I did this on Xbox Live, because girls are so rare. Gotta catch 'em all!

2. Add every really good player you see. Maybe they'll invite you to a game.

3. Randomly kiss up to people.

I dunno, just add people on Vgchartz.

You just need to have the same VGC name as your PSN.  I have tons of friends from VGC.
