What's crazy is that the game only just went greatest hits/platinum, so Sony has gotten $20-30 on every copy sold, and even more on copies sold via PSN.
Let's lowball it and say $20, then exclude a fourth of sales due to bundles. Even with those extremely conservative figures, that makes $60 million.
They have already paid for GT5's development and then some. GT5's release will be pure profit. :O
